How do you know when you pay extra $10? a. You are going to pay $45 right away, so you don’t have to remember. b. We have graduate students and a faculty member (Peter Lipton)—he will try to come to the next one. c. Attendance: Really Strict i. 1 unexcused event ii. 1 excused event 1. If you have to work, if it’s already scheduled let Annette know, otherwise avoid 7. Meeting times a. Move to 6 to allow more members to come b. Is that ok? i. How long do meetings last?→ shouldn’t be more than an hour c. Vote: unanimous (28) 6:00pm is ok 8. New Treasurer a. Be responsible for the money (Annette can help because she is on the accounts) b. Welcoming party for new Chancellor at Kohl Center on October 23 d. Question? Do we have to be in L&S? i. NO, CALS is fine ii. Tell friends, we’re open to many majors 11.
